Windswept Boutique — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.

Returns

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • To start a return, you can contact us at windsweptboutique@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4 East Main Street, Mendham NJ, 07945.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • To initiate a return, email us at windsweptboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Final Sale Items The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Made-to-order or custom pieces
  • Intimates, swimwear, and jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
